CONDITION OF WARRANTY

• Warranty Card is to be is to be completed and send to our Company within 10days from the date of purchase to validate the warranty period. Any incomplete warranty card may cause the warranty to be null and void.
• In the event of incomplete warranty card being produces or the unavailability of a valid warranty card, any work carry out to the products is subject to minimum service charge payable to our company. Such charges will be based on the normal services charge payable to our company.
• Warranty is against manufacturing defects for 6months from the date of purchase.
• Any defect shall be rectified subject to the Terms and Conditions as follow:
  • Transport and handling charges both ways shall be borne by the owner and the company will not be liable or responsible for inadequate or unsuitable packing leading to damage or whatsoever caused whilst the product is returned for servicing or repair.
  • Proof of warranty should be accompanied together with the written record of the defect of the product.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

• Abuse, negligence, misuse and/ or tampering of the product by any unauthorized person.
• Fire, flood, lightning, improper voltage supply and any other acts of god.
• Usage not in accordance with operation / instruction manual.
• Any unauthorized repair is carried out.
• Normal wear and tear of consumable parts and accessories.
• Warranty does not entitle for exchange of new set.
